Objectives:

  • The primary goal of the Human Resources Department is to continuously attract outstanding human capital by recruiting and developing highly skilled and recognized professionals who will provide effective and distinguished services according to the highest approved quality standards.
  • Developing the professional and administrative capabilities of university staff.
  • Enhancing communication between faculty members, staff, and the university administration and encouraging their participation in community programs.
  • Creating an attractive and sustainable work environment that reflects the university’s values and enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Accurately and transparently monitoring and updating the application of policies and regulations, with all university affiliates being made aware of their importance and commitment to them to ensure objectivity and transparency in all operations and decisions.
  • Developing an intelligent electronic system that enhances work efficiency, facilitates access to information, and promotes comprehensive electronic transactions.
  • Developing a unique model for outstanding performance in the university’s vital departments, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and achieving the university’s goals.
  • Creating a comprehensive database to document the information of faculty members and staff, facilitating human resource management, and achieving performance excellence.

Tasks:

  • Supervising workforce planning needs, monitoring recruitment and employment procedures at the university, establishing a system for selection and appointment, and reporting on work commencement.
  • Coordinating between colleges, deanships, and various departments regarding employment policies and rewards.
  • Preparing and monitoring activities and training programs for university employees.
  • Establishing standards for performance evaluation, monitoring, and follow-up.
  • Accurately defining the tasks, duties, and responsibilities of employees.
  • Preparing and drafting job advertisements and specifications for ease of use by recruitment agencies.
  • Working on improving the department’s operations to provide the best services.
  • Signing employment contracts, delegation decisions, leaves, bonuses, allowances, and deductions after approval by the authorized person.
  • Supervising the management of university databases related to employees and faculty members.
  • Supervising the awareness of all employees regarding human resources policies and procedures at the university, as well as the tasks and responsibilities of employees and organizational units within the university, thereby clarifying the rights and duties between the university and its employees
