During his speech at the launch ceremony of the “Hope for the Future” initiative, held at the headquarters of the Arab League, Professor Mohamed Al-Shanti, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Stardom University, welcomed the esteemed attendees and praised the support provided by the Arab League and the partner institutions in the initiative
He also called for the formation of scientific committees and specialized institutions to study the needs of students in affected countries, stressing that education is not limited to the academic aspect alone but also includes providing tools and supplies that contribute to improving the educational environment
Professor Al-Shanti affirmed that the sustainability of these initiatives requires continuous investments and support from officials and Arab governments, noting that university graduates can be an important source of support for these projects in the future
He concluded his speech by calling for the collective efforts of universities, community institutions, and governments to support this national and humanitarian initiative, which aims to enhance education and empower youth in the affected countries
