The Admissions and Registration Department at Stardom University is the first gateway to the heart of university life for students aspiring to join the university. This department serves as the communication interface between students, university administration, and faculty members in various colleges. Its tasks include announcing the opening of admissions, receiving enrollment applications, guiding students on available majors, and graduation procedures, all supported by the knowledge and skills that empower it. The department strives to enhance students’ academic progress, apply academic regulations to students according to the university’s academic bylaws, maintain their academic records, and provide the necessary services accurately and efficiently.
The Admissions and Registration Department builds a bridge between the university and the community. We seek excellence and high professionalism by training its members on the latest specialized academic systems and developing and improving student services. This is accomplished by achieving full automation within an integrated electronic system for all services provided to students.

Tasks:
- Developing admission and registration services and processes and maintaining student records.
- Admitting new students, organizing their academic records, and monitoring and preserving them.
- Providing academic advising and guidance to students through issuing informational bulletins and brochures.
- Recording exam grades, announcing results, and following up on graduation requirements with the relevant college.
- Supervising the transfer of students between colleges within the university.
- Receiving scholarship applications from students and directing those accepted to the colleges according to university regulations and bylaws.
- Processing equivalency requests according to the requirements of the departments within the university in collaboration with the colleges and departments within the university.
