Faculty’s Mission:

The mission of the Faculty is to provide high-quality education that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning. We aim to prepare students to become effective teachers and leaders in their fields, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to make meaningful contributions to society. Through innovative teaching, research, and community engagement, we aim to meet the needs of diverse learners and promote excellence in education.

Faculty’s Objectives:

Striving for educational excellence and continuous improvement, we provide high-quality education and training for students in various management and business aspects, including entrepreneurship and innovation, foster an entrepreneurial mindset among students, and support the development of new startup ideas.
Enhancing the values of participation by building effective partnerships with various stakeholders in the international business environment, educational accreditation agencies, and academic institutions to promote best educational practices aligned with global standards.
We are promoting opportunities for initiatives and encouraging social responsibility programs through research and enhancing the social quality of life for communities, organizing events, workshops, and seminars.
Tasks of the Faculty: Providing education and training: Offering high-quality educational and training programs to qualify students and develop their skills and knowledge in various fields of education and teaching.
Scientific research: Promoting scientific research and academic studies in multiple fields of education and educational psychology to develop educational practices and enrich scientific knowledge.
Community service: Providing educational services and consultations to the local and national community, contributing to solving social and educational problems through public engagement and support.
Building partnerships with local and international schools and educational institutions to exchange expertise and contribute to the development of education on various levels.

Leadership development: Provide leadership development programs for teachers, educators, and administrators to enhance administrative efficiency and develop educational leadership.
Innovation and development: Encouraging innovation and creativity in education, developing teaching and learning methods to keep pace with societal developments, and meeting the needs of students and teachers.
Promoting values and ethics: Enhancing values of ethics, social responsibility, and tolerance among students and staff, encouraging them to apply these values in all aspects of their academic and personal lives.
Faculty Development: Organize training and development programs for faculty members to enhance their academic and teaching skills.
Providing Academic Support and Guidance to Students: Offering advisory and academic services to help students achieve their academic and personal success.
