Tasks:
- Provide professional technical and IT support to all beneficiaries, including students, staff, and faculty members.
- Train students and faculty on using the university’s technology systems, including the portal, student system, e-learn, and e-learning systems issues, and manage emergency repairs and maintenance for university members.
- Provide and maintain all computer and IT equipment.
- Install applications and software and activate subscriptions required by university members on computers.
- Manage, oversee, and audit information security systems and monitor the technical operations of the university.
- Manage email services, internet services, and both local and international communications.
- Oversee the security and maintenance of all university social media platforms and websites.
- Supervise the procurement of electronic devices, technical systems, and subscriptions (monthly or annual) per university regulations and ensure compliance with all contract terms related to technology and systems.
