Publishing Policies & Ethics

Stardom University’s peer-reviewed scientific journals are committed to the highest standards of academic integrity and transparency throughout the publication process. Driven by our belief in the power of scientific research to foster innovation and advance human knowledge, our editorial policies are designed in strict accordance with international best practices. These guidelines aim to protect researchers’ intellectual property, enforce rigorous double-blind peer review, and support Open Access initiatives to maximize the global reach and impact of your scholarly work. Below is the comprehensive policy guide governing the publishing ecosystem of our journals

Editorial & Publishing Policies

We are committed to making scientific knowledge accessible to all without barriers. All research is published immediately upon acceptance and is freely available to read, download, and cite globally, ensuring maximum impact and visibility for scholarly output.

All submitted research undergoes a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process by independent experts, ensuring the highest standards of quality, objectivity, and academic integrity for every published article.

Authors retain full intellectual property rights to their work. Articles are published under the Creative Commons (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing for the free exchange and sharing of knowledge while ensuring proper attribution to the original author.

We maintain complete transparency regarding Article Processing Charges (APC) and offer partial or full waivers for researchers from developing countries and graduate students, ensuring that financial capacity is never a barrier to publishing outstanding research.

Research Ethics & Integrity

To ensure research neutrality and transparent outcomes, we require all authors, reviewers, and editors to disclose any personal, financial, or professional affiliations that might directly or indirectly influence the objectivity of the academic work.

We set clear guidelines for using Generative AI tools in research drafting. Their use is permitted for language refinement provided it is transparently disclosed, emphasizing that the human author bears full scientific and ethical responsibility for the content.

We provide secure and confidential channels for submitting complaints or appeals regarding editorial decisions and practices. Every case is handled with strict seriousness and impartiality to protect researchers’ rights and professional ethics.

In adherence to global publishing standards (COPE), we enforce a strict retraction policy for articles with proven fundamental flaws, such as data fabrication or plagiarism, to safeguard the academic record and the reliability of scientific knowledge.

Archiving & Preservation

To ensure the sustainability of knowledge, we secure final copies of all published research in safe, independent digital archives, guaranteeing that scholarly content remains permanently accessible to researchers and future generations.

We support authors’ freedom to disseminate their work by allowing them to deposit the final published version of their articles in institutional repositories or academic networks immediately upon publication, enhancing open access and scholarly impact.
