Our approved learning platform is provided by "Turkcell," one of the largest providers in Turkey. This platform allows students to easily access live and recorded lectures, interact with instructors, review assignments and schedules, and receive notifications from the lecturer. Instructors can also upload lectures and course materials, delivering high-quality education using advanced e-learning technology.

The average attendance rate for all programs is 50% for synchronous sessions and 50% for asynchronous participation on the learning platform.

Yes, Stardom University has a bridging program. A student who has completed a diploma from an accredited college in their country can apply to our university to continue their studies in a bachelor's program, provided they have a high school diploma certified by the appropriate authorities.

A student enrolled in an accredited local or international university may transfer to Stardom University under the following conditions:

1. Submit a written application for transfer to the Admissions and Registration Office.
2. The high school diploma or diploma must be certified by the relevant authorities that issued it.
3. The student must not have been expelled from the transferring university for disciplinary reasons.
4. Grades for courses previously taken at the transferring university will be considered in the student's cumulative GPA at Stardom University, provided they are validated in the program.
5. The total number of credit hours to be transferred from the previous university should not exceed 66 credit hours, and the student must complete at least half of the required study period, which is 4 semesters for the bachelor's program.
6. A student transferring from another university to Stardom University under the equivalency (bridging) system must obtain the original transcript from that university, certified by the Ministry of Higher Education in their country or the country where the university is located, along with course descriptions for content and credit hour comparison.

Yes, a higher diploma is accepted. Students who have completed a university study program can have their higher diploma recognized in accordance with the university's examination and evaluation principles. The student must send the diploma to the Registration Department for approval.

The student has the right to submit a request for deferral of their studies during the first two weeks of the academic year if they have compelling reasons, in accordance with the conditions and procedures set by the university.

The word "Online" will not be printed on the graduation certificate issued to the student unless they specifically request it. In that case, they can submit a request to the Admissions and Registration Office.

There are no fees for issuing and sending the certificate to the student's country for the first time. However, fees will apply in cases of loss or requests for reissuance of the certificate.

The graduate submits a request to issue a duplicate of a lost or damaged certificate to the Student Affairs Office. Following this, the request is reviewed and approved by the university officials, and the certificate is reissued and sent to the graduate for a fee determined by the university.

The process of issuing the certificate takes two weeks, after which it is sent to the address specified by the student without any fees for the first time.

The academic coordinator is the link between the student, the instructor, and the university. They support the student from the time of enrollment until graduation. The coordinator is introduced at the beginning of the semester during the orientation meeting or through direct communication with the student. Students have the right to meet with the coordinator to discuss their study plan and any academic-related matters.

Exams are not conducted for postgraduate courses; instead, an assignment is requested from the students by the course lecturer, to be submitted before the end of the semester. Grades are calculated and recorded for each course out of 100, and a student is considered successful in the course if they achieve a score of 50 or more.

 

 

Yes, students can submit a transfer request from one department to another by consulting the Student Affairs Department or the Registration Department and providing the required documents. The request will be evaluated, and the credits earned from the previous department will be recognized.

 
 

Yes, a student enrolled in one of the university’s faculties has the right to transfer from one faculty to another, provided that the student submits an official request to the Dean of Student Affairs. Based on this, the Dean of Student Affairs will transfer the request, using a designated form, to the faculty the student wishes to transfer to for their opinion. In case of approval, the request is forwarded to the dean of the faculty from which the student is transferring for approval and completion of the procedures.
