Therefore, Stardom University hosts many graduate students in a diverse and distinguished range of scientific programs. The College of Business Administration has led in offering graduate programs among similar colleges in the regional university by establishing agreements and partnerships with numerous international and global entities. The Graduate Studies Office has defined its tasks based on academic accreditation standards and requirements. Its top priorities include improving the effectiveness of the graduate programs offered by the colleges, numbering (22) academic programs, and awarding master's and doctoral degrees in various fields. This is aimed at enhancing Stardom University's position in international and global excellence.

Responsibilities of the Post Graduate Studies Council at Stardom University:

  • Review proposals and recommendations from the colleges and forward them to the Dean’s Council.
  • Approve the master’s thesis plans submitted by graduate students in the university's colleges and issue administrative decisions.
  • Approve the formation and scheduling of thesis defense committees based on the recommendations of the relevant deans and issue administrative decisions.
  • Verify that the requirements for the graduation of master’s students are met and recommend the awarding of degrees to the Dean’s Council.
  • Discuss college recommendations for introducing new graduate programs, amending existing programs, or modifying course content, and make recommendations to the Dean’s Council.
  • Prepare an annual report on the university’s graduate programs based on reports from the colleges offering these programs.
  • Recommend to the Dean’s Council, based on the deans' recommendations, the approval of exam results for graduate students.
  • Ensure that the conditions required for master’s theses are met before they are approved and deposit them in the university's electronic library.
