It strives to enhance all students’ and university affiliates’ academic, educational, and administrative quality, including departments, colleges, and academic programs. The department establishes general policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure quality and evaluate performance. It also aims to elevate scientific performance to achieve the highest levels of quality in the university’s outputs and scientific services, thereby contributing to its reputation among distinguished global universities. .The Quality and Accreditation Department is also responsible for the university’s strategic planning and monitoring to achieve set goals, develop administrative skills and capabilities, and improve administrative and academic performance by enhancing the university’s colleges and applying total quality principles. It formulates and implements plans and programs to ensure high levels of performance and productivity according to the highest local and international quality standards, thereby enhancing the college’s ability to achieve sustainable competitive advantages

Monitor and improve practical and educational performance levels. Regularly review and evaluate the performance of the university and its affiliates, prepare necessary reports to identify strengths and weaknesses, and take appropriate actions to improve performance

Provide support and guidance to all university departments and develop university affiliates’ skills by identifying training needs and coordinating their implementation with relevant parties to enhance their performance

Develop the mission and goals for quality management at Stardom University and encourage all departments to take similar actions in their respective areas of professional activity

Involve all university departments in formulating quality management strategies, academic programs, and professional accreditation

Ensure full awareness of significant achievements at Stardom University

Seek cooperation with all international and local institutions in enrolling and teaching students in proposed quality management programs

Nominate and select quality officers in administrative units across different areas of Stardom University

Provide training sessions to develop university staff in quality management and accreditation processes

Collaborate with all departments to orient new employees, ensuring they understand and support quality management and accreditation strategies

Assist in preparing and evaluating quality management plans

Develop and recommend standard models for conducting surveys and reports on quality indicators such as teaching evaluations, graduate surveys, program specifications, and reports at the university

Cooperate with Stardom University alumni, maintaining constant contact with them and seeking their opinions and advice on quality management strategies

Develop a quality management plan for Stardom University as a whole

Identify key performance indicators for the university, allowing each unit to determine the indicators that best suit their specific activities

Prepare annual quality management and academic accreditation reports based on key performance indicators and information collected from internal unit reports
